Certified Survey Map notes and restrictions:
1.Vision Corner Easement Restriction: No structure of any kind shall be
permitted within a vision corner which exceeds a height of two (2) feet
above the elevation of the intersection, except for necessary highway
and traffic signs, public utility line and open fences through which
there is a clear vision, nor shall any plant material be permitted which
obscures safe vision of the approaches to the intersection. There shall
be no vehicular access over any vision corner easement.
2. Any future homes on these lots will have to connect to the City's
sanitary sewer system and the City's municipal water system. Final
location of laterals shall be reviewed and approved by the City of
Muskego. Sanitary sewer lateral and water lateral shall connect to
existing sanitary sewer main and water main, respectively.
3.A11 City of Muskego Stormwater Management requirements that apply to
Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 shall be satisfied, reviewed, and approved by the
City of Muskego. Final coordination and permitting shall be submitted
to the City of Muskego for review and approval.
