RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH AN
ANNUAL PERMIT FEE FOR MOBILE FOOD VENDORS
WHEREAS, on May 24, 2022, the Common Council of the City of Muskego passed
Ordinance #1474 to amend Chapter 267-19 of the Municipal Code of the City of
Muskego for Mobile Food Vendors operating within the City; and
WHEREAS, Upon demonstrating compliance with the provisions contained within the
Ordinance, an applicant will be granted a license to operate a mobile food vehicle within
the City; that the license shall be renewable on a yearly basis; and
WHEREAS, Section 267-19(F)(5)(e) of the Ordinance states that the fee for obtaining a
permit to operate a mobile food vehicle shall be established by Resolution of the
Common Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve of establishing an annual fee for obtaining a Mobile Food
Vehicle Permit in the City of Muskego in the amount of two hundred and fifty dollars
($250.00) payable on or before June 30th of the subsequent license year.
