APPROVAL OF A BUILDING, SITE, AND OPERATION PLAN AMENDMENT
TO THE MASTER SIGN PROGRAM FOR THE MUSKEGO CENTRE
LOCATED IN THE SE ¼ OF SECTION 8
(RACINE AVE / TAX KEY NOS. 2192.970 & 2192.971)
WHERAS, The petitioner is requesting an amendment to the Master Sign Program (MSP) that
exists for the Muskego Centre located in the SE ¼ of Section 8 (Racine Avenue / Tax Key Nos.
2192.970 & 2192.971), and
WHEREAS, The original MSP was previously approved by the Plan Commission and some
additional amendments were approved on July 1, 2003 under #P.C. 089-2003, and
WHEREAS, The property manager and the sign company of one of the tenants is proposing
some changes to reflect new technologies and update signage types, and
WHEREAS, The allowed signage size does not change and it will continue to follow the maximum
allowance of 5% of each leased wall area for wall signage, with proper permitting being required.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves an amendment to the
Master Sign Program (MSP) that exists for Muskego Centre located in the SE ¼ of Section 8
(Racine Avenue / Tax Key Nos. 2192.970 & 2192.971).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the MSP is approved as submitted and a copy of said plans
are kept on file in the Community Development Department and that all aspects of this plan shall
be followed in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution
shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
