PCR2013023 RESOLUTION #P.C. 023-2013 APPROVAL FOR A BSO AMENDMENT TO THE B&G PERSONAL STORAGE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NE ¼ OF SECTION 25 (S98 W12575 LOOMIS / TAX KEY NO. 2257.973.001) WHEREAS, A BSO amendment request has been submitted by B&G Personal Storage for their property located at S98 W12575 Loomis Ct, and WHEREAS, The request is for B&G Personal Storage to be allowed to keep a 12’ x 12’ accessory structure on the property, and WHEREAS, The unpermitted accessory structure was discovered to already be on the property as part of the annual review inspection that is required for this property each year, and WHEREAS, The petitioner has stated that they wish to keep this shed up to hold lawn/site maintenance equipment, and WHEREAS, The shed is light tan in color and is a temporary plastic type shed. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the BSO amendment for the placement of the shed on the requested property.
