APPROVAL OF A BUILDING SITE AND OPERATION PLAN AMENDMENT FOR
MUSKEGO MOOSE LODGE LOCATED IN THE SW ¼ OF SECTION 18
(TAX KEY 2231.995 / S86 W21693 JANESVILLE ROAD)
WHEREAS, On January 21, 2013 a submittal was received from Muskego Moose Lodge for the
property located at S86 W21693 Janesville Road (Tax Key No. 2231.995), and
WHEREAS, The Moose Lodge is requesting to use their property for parking for eight (8) motor
homes or campers for out of town Moose members, and
WHEREAS, The Moose International Convention 2013 will be held in Milwaukee May 24 -29,
2013, and
WHEREAS, The Muskego Moose Lodge will be the second closest lodge for out of town visitors ,
and
WHEREAS, Electrical improvements may be needed.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amended Building,
Site and Operation Plan for Muskego Moose Lodge located at S86 W21693 Janesville Road (Tax
Key No. 2231.995).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That any electrical modifications to service the camping area must
receive proper City electrical permits.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the temporary camping is only for up to eight motor
homes/campers and that this is only allowed from May 24-29, 2013.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file and that all aspects of
this plan shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this
resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or
both.
