PCR2012054 RESOLUTION #P.C. 054-2012 APPROVAL OF A BUILDING SITE AND OPERATION PLAN AMENDMENT FOR MIDWEST AIR PARTS LOCATED IN THE SE ¼ OF SECTION 17 (TAX KEY 2228.999.018 / S84 W19222 ENTERPRISE DRIVE) WHEREAS, On October 24, 2012 a submittal was received from Midwest Air Parts for their property located at S84 W19222 Enterprise Drive (Tax Key No. 2228.999.018), and WHEREAS, A new 50’ x 70’ accessory structure is proposed to the rear of the existing main building on this site and this building will be used for storage of materials and supplies, and WHEREAS, The new accessory structure will be clad with steel walls (upper color – “surrey beige”; lower color – “warm white”), a transitional wall flashing (color – “dark bronze”), and a standing seam metal roof (color - “galvalume”), and WHEREAS, The lower half of the walls contain a metal wainscoting, and WHEREAS, A new asphalt drive is proposed along the east side of the new structure, and WHEREAS, There appears to be wetlands on the rear of this property, but their exact location is not known yet. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amended Building, Site and Operation Plan for Midwest Air Parts located at S84 W19222 Enterprise Drive (Tax Key No. 2228.999.018). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That any new driving/parking surfaces must remain at least 3 feet away from the side lot lines. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all new driveways must be at least 24 feet wide. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a formal wetland delineation and property survey will need to be completed before any building permit can be issued. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a 15 foot wetland offset must be maintained around all delineated wetland areas. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the colors of the new accessory structure must match the color of the existing main building. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file and that all aspects of this plan shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
