PCR2012052 RESOLUTION #P.C. 052-2012 APPROVAL OF A BUILDING SITE AND OPERATION PLAN AMENDMENT FOR ACCU STAMPING & MANUFACTURING LOCATED IN THE NW ¼ OF SECTION 16 (TAX KEY 2221.013 / S80 W18797 APOLLO DRIVE) WHEREAS, On October 22, 2012 a submittal was received from Accu Stamping & Manufacturing for their property located at S80 W18797 Apollo Drive (Tax Key No. 2221.013), and WHEREAS, A new 5,000 square foot warehouse addition is proposed off of the rear of the existing building for product storage, and WHEREAS, The addition will match the existing building colors and materials with the only exception being that there will be no windows in the new addition, and WHEREAS, Said materials mainly include steel wall panels and the west elevation includes a 4 foot band of 12” insulated CMU blocks along the base of the building, and WHEREAS, The new driving surfaces towards the rear of this lot are shown to be gravel, but the owner petitioner has decided to place asphalt in this area. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amended Building, Site and Operation Plan for Accu Stamping & Manufacturing located at S80 W18797 Apollo Drive (Tax Key No. 2221.013). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all colors and materials must match the existing colors and materials on the building. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That any new driveways/parking on the lot need to be asphalt or concrete, not gravel. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file and that all aspects of this plan shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
