APPROVAL OF A BUILDING SITE AND OPERATION PLAN AMENDMENT FOR
SPECTRUM ALUMINUM FINISHING LOCATED IN THE NW ¼ OF SECTION 16
(TAX KEY 2221.014 / S80 W18753 APOLLO DR)
WHEREAS, On September 18, 2012 a submittal was received from Spectrum Aluminum
Finishing for their property located at S80 W18753 Apollo Drive (Tax Key No. 2221.014), and
WHEREAS, A new 50x64 accessory structure is proposed in the fenced in area that is at the rear
of the main building and this building will be used for storage of materials and supplies, and
WHEREAS, The new accessory structure will be clad with steel walls (ivory) and a steel roof
(ivory), and
WHEREAS, The General Design Guide calls for principal structures to be 50% masonry at
Planning Commission discretion.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a n amended Building,
Site and Operation Plan for Spectrum Finishing located at S80 W18753 Apollo Drive (Tax Key
No. 2221.014).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file and that all aspects of
this plan shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this
resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or
both.
