PCR2012045 RESOLUTION #P.C. 045-2012 APPROVAL TO AMEND THE BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN TO ALLOW STORAGE TRAILERS FOR WAL-MART AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT W159 S6530 MOORLAND ROAD (TAX KEY NO. 2169.999.003) WHEREAS, A request to allow temporary storage trailers has been submitted by Store Manager Zeke Radovanovic for the Muskego Wal-Mart located at W159 S6530 Moorland Road, and WHEREAS, The petitioner is requesting to permit 3-4 storage trailers (tan in color to match store) for storing merchandise during the h oliday season at the Muskego Wal- Mart in the rear of the property from October 1st - December 31st, 2012, and WHEREAS, The proposed area is located up against the rear facade of the structure on the northeast portion of the building. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the temporary storage trailers subject to the following conditions: 1. Dates of approval are from October 1st to December 31, 2012 2. The area must be kept in a neat and clean order at all times, and 3. Habitual complaints of litter or unsightliness resulting from the proposed storage trailers may result in Plan Commission re-review of this proposal at anytime which may result in revocation of this approval OR further contingencies, and 4. That this approval is only good for 2012 and successive requests must first receive Planning Commission approval.
