PCR2012003RESOLUTION #P.C. 003-2012 RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL TO REZONE THE SCHAUMBERG PROPERTY FROM THE A-1 TO RC-1 COUNTRY RESIDENCE DISTRICT LOCATED IN THE NE, SE, & SW ¼ OF SECTION 21 (TAX KEY NO. 2241.997 / W181 S9102 PARKER DRIVE) WHEREAS, On December 8, 2011 a petition for a rezoning was submitted by Richard & Neome Schaumberg to rezone a property from the A-1 Agricultural District to RC-1 Country Residence District, and WHEREAS, The reason for the request is so they can adequately allow a future land division on the property, and WHEREAS, The rezoning request does not require a 2020 Comprehensive Plan Amendment, and WHEREAS, The proposed zoning district is already found on some adjacent properties in this area, and WHEREAS, A Public Hearing for the rezoning is before the Common Council on January 10, 2012, and WHEREAS, The property is currently served by private sewer and private water. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission does hereby recommend approval to the Common Council for the rezoning from the A-1 Agricultural District to RC-1 Country Residence District for property located in the NE, SE, & SW ¼ of Section 21 (Tax Key No. 2241.997 / W181 S9102 Parker Drive).
