Document Title
1. The undersigned, City of Muskego, releases all rights, title,
and interest that may have in certain drainage easement, more
particularly described as follows:
30’ WIDE DRAINAGE EASEMENT OVER LOT 2 OF CSM 11030,
BEING A PART OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 17,
AND PART OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 20,
TOWNSHIP 5 NORTH, RANGE 20 EAST, IN THE CITY OF
MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 17,
THENCE N 88°18'06" E, ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF THE
SOUTHWEST ¼ OF SECTION 17, 671.09 FEET TO THE
NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 2 OF CSM 11030; THENCE S
01°39'35" E, ALONG THE WEST LINE OF LOT 2 OF CSM 11030,
320.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE CENTERLINE
OF A 30 FOOT WIDE DRAINAGE EASEMENT; THENCE N 79°45'00"
E, 194.99 FEET; THENCE N 42°27'40" E, 244.40 FEET; THENCE N
38°45'00" E, 362.00 FEET; THENCE N 69°45'00" W, 233.35 FEET TO
THE NORTH LONE OF LOT 2 OF CSM 11030 AND TERMINOUS OF
SAID DRAINAGE EASEMENT.
The location of the easement hereinbefore described with
respect to the premises of the Grantor is shown on the
drawing attached hereto, marked Easement Vacation Exhibit
A and made a part hereof.
