RESOLUTION #069-2021
APPROVAL TO RELEASE PLATTED DRAINAGE EASEMENT
Sylwia G. Enerson Property
WHEREAS, The City recommends the release of a 30-foot-wide Drainage Easement
over Lot 2 of CSM 11030 located on the Sylwia G. Enerson property (Tax Key Numbers
MSKC 2227.989.017 and 2227.989.018); and
WHEREAS, The existing Easement was incorrectly mapped and, as such, is being
released and a new Easement has already been established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the attached Release of Platted Drainage Easement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor is authorized to sign the Release of
Drainage Easement and the City Attorney is authorized to make substantive changes as
may be necessary in order to preserve the general intent thereof.
