Subject: HydroCorp Agreement to provide Cross Connection Control Program

Per NR 810.15 state statue the City of Muskego must be in compliance with cross connections. Since
2019, HydroCorp has been providing this service for the City of Muskego to ensure the City is in
compliance with this state statue. HydroCorp is a professional service that specializes in Cross
Connection Control Program. The plan is to extend this service contract for another 2 years. The
City of Muskego water utility has put this cost in the approved operating budget for 2021.
The City attorney and I have reviewed this contract to make sure it follows standard City of Muskego
language for agreements.
