RESOLUTION #085-2020
APPROVAL OF RELEASE OF SURETY BOND FOR
MUSKEGO SCHOOL APARTMENTS, LLC
WHEREAS, The developer of Muskego School Apartments, LLC has submitted a
request for a release of surety bond; and
WHEREAS, The Public Works and Development Director has recommended that the
Surety Bond in the amount of $165,965.11 be reduced to $0.00 and released in its
entirety.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
that the Surety Bond in the amount of $165,965.11 for Muskego School Apartments,
LLC be reduced to $0.00 and released in its entirety.
