2020 Athletic Field Renovation Project
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the 2020 Athletic Field Renovation Project
and the following bids were received:

Beilfuss Corporation $14,850.00 $ 6,220.00 $21,070.00
Advance Turf Solutions $17,749.68 $ 6,220.00 $23,969.68
WHEREAS, The Public Works and Development Director reviewed the bids and
recommends that the base bid and alternate bids be accepted as submitted by Beilfuss
Corporation in the total amount of $21,070.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the bids submitted by Beilfuss Corporation in the amount
of $21,070.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are authorized to
sign the contract in the name of the City and the City Attorney is authorized to make
substantive changes to the contract as may be necessary in order to preserve the
general intent thereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor is authorized to sign such substantive
changes made by the City Attorney.
