COMMON COUNCIL – CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #017-2020
APPROVAL OF THE WATER BUGS SKI TEAM, INC.
LEASE AGREEMENT FOR IDLE ISLE PAVILION
WHEREAS, the Muskego Water Bugs Ski Team, Inc. desires to enter into a Lease
Agreement with the City of Muskego to use a portion of the Idle Isle Pavilion owned by
the city for storage of its property; and
WHEREAS, a Lease Agreement has been prepared by the City Attorney for said
purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the attached Water Bugs Ski Team, Inc, and City of
Muskego Lease Agreement for the Idle Isle Pavilion.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the Agreement and the City Attorney is authorized to make
substantive changes to it as may be necessary in order to preserve the general intent
thereof.
