RESOLUTION #016-2020
APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE WATER BUGS SKI TEAM, INC. AND CITY OF MUSKEGO FOR PIER
PLACEMENT, WATER SKI JUMP, AND SHOW EVENTS AT IDLE ISLE
WHEREAS, the Water Bugs Ski Team, Inc. and the City of Muskego desire to enter into
an Agreement for Pier Placement, Water Ski Jump, and Show Events at Idle Isle for
2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the Agreement for Pier Placement, Water Ski Jump, and
Show Events at Idle Isle for 2020, a copy of which is attached hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the Agreement and the City Attorney is authorized to make
substantive changes to it as may be necessary in order to preserve the general intent
thereof.
