A RESOLUTION ALLOWING THE CLAIM OF
WAL-MART ______________________ PURSUANT TO
WISCONSIN STATUTE §74.37, CONCERNING
PROPERTY KNOWN AS TAX KEY NO. MSKC _____________________
WHEREAS, On _______________________, the City of Muskego received a claim
filed on behalf of Wal-Mart _________________. pursuant to §74.37, Wisconsin
Statutes; and
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego and Wal-Mart __________________________
agreed on the 2019_________ assessed value for the property known as Tax Key No.
MSKC ________________________ with the execution of the Settlement Agreement
and Mutual Release; and
WHEREAS, The tax bills were finalized prior to both parties executing the Settlement
Agreement; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that a refund in the amount of
$4,_______ should be paid to Wal-Mart ______________________.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby allow the claim of Wal-Mart ________________________
against the City of Muskego and agrees to issue a refund of 2019______ taxes in the
amount of $4,_______.
