CCR2019100-CSM-Home Path Financial COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO RESOLUTION #100-2019 APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP Home Path Financial WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted by Home Path Financial to clear up a gap in Waukesha County mapping. The purpose of the map is to transfer property to two neighboring lots, dedicate a portion as road right-of-way to the City and provide a proper water main easement to extend service to the proposed Cobblestone Meadows development; and WHEREAS, The land is being transferred to the lots immediately east of the gap, being S77 W17530 St. Leonards Drive (Tax Key No. 2196.036) and S77 W17527 St. Leonards Drive (Tax Key No. 2196.042); and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission adopted Resolution #P.C. 068-2019 recommending approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map submitted by Home Path Financial. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required by the Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments which may be due, payment of any unpaid taxes, and approval of the City Engineer.
