RESOLUTION #058-2019
APPROVAL OF WILL ROSE APARTMENTS - PHASE I
DEVELOPER’S AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed and recommended approval of the
Developer’s Agreement between Will Rose Apartments - Phase I and the City of
Muskego to construct public sanitary sewer, watermain, and stormwater improvements
for property that is located north of Janesville Road near the intersection of Glen Cove
and Janesville Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the attached Developer’s Agreement between Will Rose Apartments - Phase I and the
City of Muskego.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the Agreement and the City Attorney is authorized to make
substantive changes to it as may be necessary in order to preserve the general intent
thereof.
