RESOLUTION #020-2019
AWARD OF BID
PORTABLE TOILET FACILITIES SERVICES
PORT-A-JOHN, INC.
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for Portable Toilet Facilities Services for
March of 2019 through February of 2021 and the following were received:
Port-A-John, Inc. $18,530.00
Service Sanitation, Inc. $18,867.90
WHEREAS, The Public Works and Development Director reviewed the bids and
recommends that the base bid submitted by Port-A-John in the amount of $18,530.00
be accepted; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee reviewed the bids and recommends the bid
submitted by Port-A-John in the amount of $18,530.00 be accepted for Portable Toilet
Services for March of 2019 through February of 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept
the bid submitted by Port-A-John, Inc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are authorized to
sign and accept the Agreement and the City Attorney is authorized to make substantive
changes as may be necessary in order to preserve the general intent thereof.
