RESOLUTION #006-2019
APPROVAL OF EXTENSION OF THE LOAN TERM FOR
DELTA FAMILY RESTAURANT, INC.

WHEREAS, In October of 2013, the Common Council approved a $75,000 loan to Delta
Family Restaurant, Inc. for a business expansion project that was matched with a loan
from Citizens Bank of Mukwonago; and
WHEREAS, At the time of the City’s loan approval, the borrower was given the option of
requesting a renewal for additional time periods contingent on Citizens Bank of
Mukwonago renewing its financing for similar time periods; and
WHEREAS, Delta Family Restaurant, Inc. is requesting that the City extend the loan
term for an additional five years; Citizens Bank of Mukwonago has agreed to renew its
financing for the same time period; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the request and recommends
approval to the Common Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the extension of the loan term for Delta Family Restaurant, Inc. until November 1, 2023.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are authorized to
sign any documents in the name of the City.
