Martin Drive Recreational Trail
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Martin Drive Recreational Trail and the following
bids were received:

Janke General Contractors, Inc. $ 95,462.00
Super Western Inc. $167,230.50
WHEREAS, The City Engineer reviewed the bids and recommends that the base bid in the
amount of $56,080.93 submitted by Pro-Seal Asphalt Paving & Maintenance Co., Inc. be
accepted; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the bids and concurs with the
recommendation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept the bid submitted by
Pro-Seal Asphalt Paving & Maintenance Co., Inc. in the amount of $56,080.93 for the Martin
Drive Recreational Trail.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are authorized to sign a
Contract in the name of the City and the City Attorney is authorized to make substantive
changes to the Contract as may be necessary in order to preserve the general intent thereof.
