COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #002-2018
REDUCTION TO LETTER OF CREDIT FOR
BELL CHASSE ADDITION #2 AND #3
WHEREAS, The developer of the Belle Chasse Addition #2 and #3 Subdivision has
submitted a request for a reduction to the Letter of Credit that was required in
accordance with the term of the Developer’s Agreement; and
WHEREAS, The City Engineer and Finance Committee have recommended that the
Letter of Credit be reduced to $2,500.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
that the Letter of Credit for Belle Chasse Addition #2 and #3 Subdivision can be
reduced to $2,500.00.
