Common Council of the
City of Muskego
A meeting of the Common Council of the City of Muskego, Waukesha County,
Wisconsin, was duly called, noticed, held and conducted in the manner required by the Common
Council and the pertinent Wisconsin Statutes on June 12, 2018. The Mayor called the meeting to
order at 7:14 p.m.
The following members were present:
Aldermen Wolfe, Hammel, Borgman, Kapusta, Engelhardt, Kubacki and Madden
The following members were absent:
None
(Here occurred business not pertinent to the financing.)
The following resolution was then moved by Alderman Kubacki and seconded by
Alderman Wolfe:
RESOLUTION NO. 051-2018
RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE SALE OF APPROXIMATELY
$24,185,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION REFUNDING BONDS
(A true copy of the resolution as adopted is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference.)
Upon the vote being taken, the following voted
Aye: Aldermen Wolfe, Hammel, Borgman, Kapusta, Engelhardt, Kubacki and Madden
Nay: None
Abstaining: None
and the resolution was declared adopted.

Upon motion made and seconded, the Common Council adjourned.

Wisconsin.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and correct excerpt of the official minutes of
the Common Council meeting of June 12, 2018 with respect to Common Council action to
provide for the sale of approximately $24,185,000 General Obligation Refunding Bonds.
I further certify that the attached is a true and correct copy of the resolution adopted by
the Common Council at such meeting.
