FINAL RELEASE OF LETTER OF CREDIT FOR
BELLE CHASSE SUBDIVISION
ADDITIONS #2 AND #3
WHEREAS, Belle Chasse Partners, LLC has submitted a request for the final release
of the Letter of Credit for Belle Chasse Subdivision Additions #2 and #3; and
WHEREAS, The City Engineer and the Finance Committee have recommended the
Letter of Credit balance in the amount of $2,500.00 be released.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the final release of the Letter of Credit balance in the amount of $2,500.00.
