COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #078-2018
APPROVAL OF PERMIT FEES FOR FIREWORKS AND
AMENDMENT TO DEPOSIT AND FORFEITURE SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, The Common Council recently amended and adopted Ordinance #1420.
The Ordinance amended Chapter 263, Section 263-4, which regulates fireworks; and
WHEREAS, The Committee of the Whole discussed increasing the permit fees as well
as amending the Deposit and Forfeiture Schedule regarding fireworks at its May 22,
2018 meeting; and
WHEREAS, The following changes are proposed:
Individual Fireworks Permit $35.00
Group Fireworks Permit $50.00
Amendment to Deposit and Forfeiture Schedule
263-4.167.10 POSSESSION/USE/DISTRIBUTION/
SALE OF FIREWORKS $313.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Committee of the Whole, does hereby
approve the above effective January 1, 2019.
