RESOLUTION #067-2018
APPROVAL OF ON-SITE DOCUMENT DESTRUCTION AGREEMENT
WITH ABRAHAM’S ON-SITE SHREDDING SERVICE
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed and recommended approval of the
Agreement between Abraham’s On-Site Shredding Service and the City of Muskego for
the secure destruction of records as described on “Addendum A.”
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the attached Agreement between Abraham’s On-Site Shredding Service and the City of
Muskego.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized to sign the
Agreement and the City Attorney is authorized to make substantive changes to it as
may be necessary in order to preserve the general intent thereof.
