RESOLUTION #013-2018
ACCEPTANCE OF CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
SUBMITTED BY R. A. SMITH, INC. FOR
BAY LANE DRIVE RECONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, R. A. Smith, Inc. submitted a Contract to finalize the reconstruction of Bay
Lane Drive; and
WHEREAS, The Public Works and Development Director and Finance Committee
have recommended acceptance of the attached Contract for a total cost of
$74,990.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept
the Contract submitted by R. A. Smith, Inc. for the reconstruction of Bay Lane Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor is authorized to accept the Contract and
the City Attorney is authorized to make substantive changes as may be necessary in
order to preserve the general intent thereof.
