Common Council of the
City of Muskego
A meeting of the Common Council of the City of Muskego, Waukesha County,
Wisconsin, was duly called, noticed, held and conducted in the manner required by the Common
Council and the pertinent Wisconsin Statutes on November 28, 2017. The Mayor called the
meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
The following members were present:
Aldermen Wolfe, Hammel, Borgman, Kapusta, Engelhardt, Kubacki and Madden
The following members were absent:
None

The following resolution was then moved by Alderman Kubacki and seconded by
Alderman Madden:
RESOLUTION NO. 098-2017
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $18,000,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION
PROMISSORY NOTES AND THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF $18,000,000 NOTE
ANTICIPATION NOTES IN ANTICIPATION THEREOF
(A true copy of the resolution as adopted is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference.)
Upon the vote being taken, the following voted
Aye: Aldermen Wolfe, Hammel, Borgman, Kapusta, Engelhardt, Kubacki and Madden
Nay: None
Abstaining: None
and the resolution was declared adopted.
