RESOLUTION #083-2017
RELEASE OF LETTER OF CREDIT FOR
FENNIMORE POOL CSM
WHEREAS, The developer of the Fennimore Pool CSM has submitted a request for a
release of the Letter of Credit; and
WHEREAS, City Staff and the Finance Committee have recommended that the Letter
of Credit be released.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
that the Letter of Credit for the Fennimore Pool CSM be released.
