RESOLUTION #079-2017
REDUCTION TO LETTER OF CREDIT FOR
EDGEWATER HEIGHTS II SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, The developer of the Edgewater Heights II Subdivision has submitted a
request for a reduction to the Letter of Credit; and
WHEREAS, The City Engineer and Finance Committee have recommended that the
Letter of Credit be reduced to $482,767.61.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
that the Letter of Credit for Edgewater Heights II Subdivision be reduced to
$482,767.61.
