PROCEEDINGS BY THE COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
TO DISCONTINUE AND VACATE RESOLUTION
A ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY IN THE
CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN

BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, as
follows:
That since the public interest requires it, the whole of the following described real
estate in the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, be and is hereby discontinued and vacated
as a street, to wit:
Being all of lands shown as Dedicated for Future Street on CSM 8235 and located in
the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 16 and the Northeast 1/4 of the
Northwest 1/4 of Section 21, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego,
Waukesha County, Wisconsin more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast Corner of Parcel 1, CSM 8235; thence N24°27'21"W along
the East line of said Parcel 1 a distance of 308.38 feet to the southerly right of way line
of Woods Road; thence 60.05 feet along the arc of a curve to the left with a radius of
883.31 feet, whose chord bears N67°29'29.5"E, 60.03 feet; thence S24°27'21"E,
331.85 feet to the Southerly line of CSM 8235; thence S88°34'31"W, 365.20 feet; to the
point of beginning.
Contains 19190 square feet, 0.44 acres.
That the street discontinued and vacated by this Resolution is designated in red on a
map hereto annexed, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit “A.”
