COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #005-2017
APPROVAL OF LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
ROBERT STIGLER FOR THE BADERTSCHER PRESERVE
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee reviewed the attached Lease Agreement and
recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the Lease Agreement with Robert Stigler for lease of the Badertscher Preserve
Property commencing on February 1, 2017 and ending on December 31, 2018.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor is authorized to sign the Lease
Agreement in the name of the City.
