RESOLUTION #004-2017
APPROVAL OF LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
JACK KING FOR KELSEY DRIVE CONSERVATION SITE
WHEREAS, The attached Lease Agreement has been reviewed by the Finance
Committee and has been recommended for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the Lease Agreement with Jack King for lease of the Kelsey Drive Conservation Site
commencing on February 1, 2017 and ending on December 31, 2018.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor is authorized to sign the Lease
Agreement in the name of the City.
