RESOLUTION #050-2015
APPROVAL OF PARK ARTHUR
EQUESTRIAN TRAIL AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, The Parks and Conservation Committee has recommended approval of a
two-year agreement with Bob Janke d/b/a 4J’s Equestrian Center to work cooperatively
with the City in offering an equestrian trail at Park Arthur.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Parks and Conservation Committee, does
hereby approve the attached Park Arthur Equestrian Trail Agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Director of Finance and
Administration are authorized to sign the agreement in the name of the City.
