RESOLUTION #048-2015
APPROVAL OF
THREE-PARTY DESIGN ENGINEERING SERVICES CONTRACT
FOR MOORLAND ROAD
WHEREAS, The City was awarded a Surface Transportation Program – Urban (STP-U)
grant , which will fund 80% of the cost to design and reconstruct Moorland Road from
Janesville Road to McShane Drive; and
WHEREAS, As part of the grant agreement, the City is required to enter into a three-
party design engineering services contract between the City of Muskego, State
Department of Transportation and Kapur & Associates, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended approval of the contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the Three-Party Design Engineering Services Contract between the City of Muskego,
State Department of Transportation and Kapur & Associates, Inc. for the reconstruction
of Moorland Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City.
