RESOLUTION #047-2015
APPROVAL OF REDUCTION TO LETTER OF CREDIT
FOR BELLE CHASSE PHASE III (aka Addition #2)
WHEREAS, The developer has submitted a request for a letter of credit reduction for
the Belle Chasse Phase III Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, The City Engineer and Finance Committee have recommended that the
letter of credit for the development be reduced to $997,712.46.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve a
reduction to the letter of credit for Belle Chasse Phase III to $997,712.46.
