RESOLUTION #015-2015
ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSAL FOR DESIGN SERVICES
SUBMITTED BY GRAEF-USA, INC. FOR
A NEIGHBORHOOD PARK IN THE SE QUADRANT OF THE CITY
WHEREAS, The Parks and Recreation Board has recommended acceptance of the
attached proposal submitted by Graef-USA, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, The proposal provides for professional planning and engineering
services for a neighborhood park being dedicated to the City with the development of
the Astor Hill Estates Subdivision at an approximate cost of $20,400.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Parks & Recreation Board does hereby
accept the proposal submitted by Graef-USA, Inc. for the planning and engineering
services identified above.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the
proposal in the name of the City.
