TO DISCONTINUE AND VACATE NOTICE OF
A ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY IN THE PENDING RESOLUTION
CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN VACATE STREET

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That the Common Council of the City of Muskego,

Wisconsin, will consider on the 11 day of November, 2014 in the Muskego Room at
Muskego City Hall, W182 S8200 Racine Avenue, Muskego, Wisconsin, a resolution to
discontinue and vacate as a street the following described real estate, to wit:
A 60.00 foot wide roadway located in a part of the NW ¼ and SW ¼ of Section 18, Township 5
North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, whose centerline is
described as follows:
Commencing at the east witness corner of the West ¼ corner of said Section 18; thence N
87°29'16" E along the south line of the NW ¼ of said Section 18, 78.65 feet; thence Due
South, 103.70 feet to a point on the easterly right-of-way of Crowbar Road, the centerline of
Wauer Lane and the point of beginning; thence N 43°50'34" E along said centerline, 808.13
feet; thence N 50°51'07" E continuing along said centerline, 605.83 feet; thence N 42°47'07" E
continuing along said centerline, 240.00 feet to the point of termination.
This legal description is intended to vacate all of the right-of-way referred to as Wauer Lane
located east of the east right-of-way of Crowbar Road.
That said resolution affects the title to the real estate situated in the City of Muskego,
Waukesha County, Wisconsin, as shown on the map attached hereto.
