RESOLUTION #101-2014
APPROVAL OF DISTRIBUTION EASEMENT TO WE ENERGIES
ON THE MOORLAND ROAD WATER TOWER PROPERTY
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the attached WE Energies
Distribution Easement on the Moorland Road water tower property and has
recommended approval to the Common Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the WE Energies Distribution Easement on the Moorland Road water tower property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are authorized to
sign the document in the name of the City.
