APPROVAL OF
STORMWATER BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES FUNDING AGREEMENT
(Muskego Lake Wetland Restoration Phase I Project)
WHEREAS, The Public Works Committee has recommended to proceed with an
application and funding agreement for a grant opportunity for a wetland restoration
project on Big Muskego Lake.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works Committee, does hereby
approve the attached Stormwater Best Management Practices Funding Agreement
between the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD) and the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City, and that the
Mayor, in consultation with the City Attorney, may make any necessary technical
corrections.
