AWARD OF BID
Mercury Drive Water Tower Improvements
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Mercury Drive Water Tower
Improvement Project and the following bid was received:
Total Base Bid
Faust Company, Inc. $122,500.00
WHEREAS, The City Engineer reviewed the bid and recommends that the base bid in
the amount of $122,500.00, submitted by Faust Company, Inc. be accepted for the
Mercury Drive Water Tower Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee reviewed the bid and recommends that the base
bid in the amount of $122,500.00 submitted by Faust Company, Inc. be accepted for the
Mercury Drive Water Tower Improvement Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept the
bid submitted by Faust Company, Inc. in the amount of $122,500.00 for the Mercury
Drive Water Tower Improvements.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City.
