APPROVAL OF EASEMENT AND
STORM WATER AGREEMENT
(Belle Chasse Addition No. 2 Subdivision)
BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, hereby approves the attached Easement and Storm Water Agreement for
the Belle Chasse Addition No. 2 Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are authorized to
sign the document in the name of the City.
