RESOLUTION #018-2014
APPROVAL OF TUDOR OAKS EXPANSION
DEVELOPER’S AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the Tudor Oaks Expansion
Developer’s Agreement and has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the attached Tudor Oaks Expansion Developer’s Agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City, and that the
Mayor, in consultation with the City Attorney, may make any necessary technical
corrections.
