RESOLUTION #062-2013
APPROVAL OF DISTRIBUTION EASEMENT
FOR PARK ARTHUR
WHEREAS, The Parks & Recreation Board is recommending approval of the attached
easement for WE Energies to install, operate, maintain, repair, replace and extend
underground utility facilities at Park Arthur.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Parks & Recreation Board, does hereby
approve granting the Distribution Easement to WE Energies for Park Arthur.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are authorized to
sign the document in the name of the City.
