AWARD OF BID
Park Arthur Pavilion Project
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Park Arthur Pavilion Project and the following
bids were received:

Creative Constructors 445,000
Burkhart Construction 494,494
Ray Stadler Construction 479,935
Wm. Sackerson Construction 549,200
J. H. Hassinger 500,935
WHEREAS, The Parks & Recreation Board and Finance Committee recommend acceptance
of the low base bid submitted by Creative Constructors in the amount of $445,000 as well as
Alternatives #3, #8 and #9 in the amount of $74,536.87 for the Park Arthur Pavilion Project;
and
WHEREAS, The Common Council also accepted the alternative that would provide a heating
system including furnace, ducts and grille.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego
does hereby award the bid for the Park Arthur Pavilion Project to Creative Constructors in the
amount of $555,536.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby authorized to
sign the necessary documents in the name of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor or her designee are authorized to sign any
change orders.
