RESOLUTION #050-2013
APPROVAL OF INTERSECTION ALTERNATIVES IMPROVEMENT STUDY
FOR THE INTERSECTION OF MOORLAND ROAD AND WOODS ROAD
WHEREAS, The Public Works Committee directed the City Engineer to find a
qualified consultant to study alternatives for the intersection of Moorland Road and
Woods Road; and
WHEREAS, The City Engineer accepted proposals from several consultants and
recommends using GRAEF to do the intersection study for a cost of $5,900; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that the proposal submitted
by GRAEF be accepted to perform the study for a cost of $5,900.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
of having GRAEF perform an alternatives improvement study for the intersection of
Moorland Road and Woods Road at a cost of $5,900.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute any
document associated with the study in the name of the City.
