APPROVAL OF A TWO-PARTY AGREEMENT
BETWEEN WAUKESHA COUNTY AND CITY OF MUSKEGO
FOR PRELIMINARY SURVEY AND DESIGN
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A RECREATIONAL PATH
ALONG CTH “OO” BETWEEN LOOMIS ROAD AND DURHAM DRIVE
WHEREAS, The Public Works Committee has recommended moving forward with a
design agreement with Waukesha County for the survey and design of the CTH “OO”
trail segment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the attached Two-Party Agreement between Waukesha County and the City of
Muskego.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the
agreement in the name of the City.
