RESOLUTION #048-2013
APPROVAL OF TWO-PARTY CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT
BETWEEN WAUKESHA COUNTY AND
THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
WHEREAS, The attached two-party construction agreement outlines all of the
responsibilities and costs that will be part of the Janesville Road Reconstruction
Project, from Racine Avenue to Lannon Drive; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the Agreement and has
recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the attached Two-Party Construction Agreement between Waukesha County by the
Department of Public Works and the City of Muskego.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the
Agreement in the name of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Director of Public Works/City Engineer is
hereby designated as the representative to act for the City under this Agreement.
